Design Practice

Goscote Design Practice has been involved in producing award-winning, bespoke gardens for over 35 years. Our design philosophy is to create simple yet unique gardens for a diverse range of clients from small courtyard gardens to commercial properties. Traditional and contemporary design, natural materials and innovative planting are blended to create exclusive and memorable landscapes.

Our success has been built on listening and responding to our clients needs, guiding them step by step from initial design concepts through to the completion of their uniquely tailored garden. Wherever possible, all work is completed 'in-house' by our experienced team of landscapers, including hard landscaping, fencing, structural design, water features, and planting.

Operating from the nurseries, Goscote Design Practice prides itself on not only high quality construction, but also on innovative and adaptable planting to suit your requirements. Our designers are not only able to make use of the extensive plant range at the nurseries, but can also draw on the knowledge of the nurserymen to ensure that the plants chosen not only fit aesthetically, but also thrive in your garden’s conditions.

Our design team is headed by Andy Bayley, who has been in the landscaping industry for over twenty years, producing distinctive design using natural, locally sourced materials where possible. He uses his extensive experience to lecture at Brooksby College, Melton Mowbray, in Garden Design and Construction.
